See pictures above, it is a tiny Gecko I saw in Florida by a friend's house. I wanted to try filters effect on lizards because I never had a picture of lizard in the wild and use it. So I was playing around in GIMP, the program, and found edge section in the Filter area, so i used the diffuse. It showed lot of cool colors and show the neat outline of this lizard. It came out good and not same at all as I had in my mind
I had fun with Light and Shadow sections! I think this is one of my favorite effects because can play around and make it seems so scary in some way. I find it fun to use supernova because of its glowing and nice colors. So I put supernova on this bird's eyes to make her appears to be a model for a Horror preview! :) I also lowed the saturation to black and white surronding the "bubble" to show the bubble more in the picture.
I love the second picture!!! Your bird looks scary!! Like something out of a SyFy show! very cool! The first picture looks like you had fun too!
